Rosemary Chicken Stir Fry


Ingredients



  • 1 lb. Chicken breast diced

  • 1 T. Papa Beni’s Taste of Rosemary  

  • 1 1/2 oz red wine

  • ½ Red Pepper

  • ½ yellow pepper

  • ½ sweet yellow onion

  • 2 oz water

  • 1 T low sodium soy Sauce

  • 2 T. Mazola corn oil


Directions


Mix Taste of Rosemary blend with red wine and pour over diced chicken making sure all chicken is coated with mixture. Cover and place in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

 

In a small dish mix together, 2 oz water and soy sauce.

 

Dice onion, and peppers. In a fry pan add 1 T. oil, turn burner on medium too medium low heat, add onions and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant, add diced peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes, until peppers start to soften. Remove from skillet.

 

In skillet add 1 T. Mazola oil, heat on med, and add chicken, stir fry until well done, usually 10-15 min. add onion, peppers and soy sauce mixture. Mix well, cook for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.

 

Serve alone, with rice or on a bed of veggies. Enjoy!
